Iodine is an essential trace element indispensable for humans, of which the body requires two forms: iodide and elemental iodine. Both forms are found in the best natural and artificial iodine sources, but elemental iodine has an unpleasant taste and smell for many people, and is also highly volatile. We therefore created this full-spectrum iodine complex so that in its original state it contains no elemental iodine, but on meeting stomach acid the latter is released from it. It still contains iodide after the conversion.

Recommended dosage: We recommend consuming 1 drop daily. The daily dose can be taken at any time, but it is best taken before or during a meal, after the first 1–2 bites, dripped into water. If you take vitamin C or acetylcysteine, take them at separate times, with at least half an hour between them!

Contraindication: autonomous hormone-producing tissue in the thyroid (pathological thyroid nodules) or in the ovary, low selenium intake.

This product is intended for general iodine supplementation; it is not suitable for carrying out so-called iodine prophylaxis ordered in the event of a nuclear hazard (radioactive iodine). Should such an event occur – we very much hope it will not – the competent authorities will arrange the distribution of the high-dose iodine tablets to be used and the implementation of iodine prophylaxis.

Do not exceed the recommended intake! The product does not replace a balanced, varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Store out of reach of children.
